After learning more about Sagittal and what's important in a sagittal notation I returned to research this question and decided to use
and
. I uploaded my score to google drive https://drive.google.com/file/d/12afbOv ... sp=sharing and wrote there (in a separate document) my reason for the notation, copied below:

First of all I decided to use,
,
,
and
for their obvious primary commas of 81/80, 6561/6400, 64/63, 5120/5103 and 36/35 respectively, but I still needed symbols for 525/512 and 413343/409600.
Having a notation with the visual symbol sizes being monotonic w.r.t. the corresponding commas' tempered sizes would necessarily contradict flag arithmetic, since, with the obvious symbols used, that would neccesitate usingfor 413343/409600 and
for 525/512, which would contradict flag arithmetic with
. Also,
has no comma whose tempered size is very close to that of 413343/409600 (8.825906 cents), with the closest one being 385/384 of
which is tempered to 5.19482 cents, while
's primary comma, 5120/5103, which I already used, gives 9.911351 cents, a much closer value.
Now, whileis the closest in visual size to
after eliminating
and has a secondary comma
of 256/255 whose tempered size (7.468134 cents) is quite close to the tempered size of 413343/409600 (8.825906 cents), its size is still further from it than the tempered size of the primary comma of
, 5120/5103 (9.911351 cents). However,
, despite being further in visual size, has 413343/409600 as a secondary comma:
, and while
is the semi-complement of
*, this is never actually seen in the score, since
would not be used and the apotome complement of
is actually
. Also, with
justified by
as 77/75, this keeps the whole notation 11-limit, which is quite elegant IMO. Another option would be
with a comma of 54675/53248, which has a closer tempered size but is 13-limit.
* Semi-complements is a term I use to describe symbols where one of them is visually the same as the apotome complement of the other but with a single shaft instead of a double shaft. By the rules of sagittal if two symbols have double shaft complements one of them looking like the complement of the other necessarily implies the second one also looks like the copmlement of the first.
